If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

You may qualify for a refund if:

• You received the wrong product

• Your item arrived unopened and unused

• You experienced an issue and contacted us within 30 days

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, opened or used dietary supplements cannot be physically returned.

Once a bottle or pouch has been opened, it is no longer eligible for return. However, if you are unhappy with your product, please reach out — we will work with you to find a fair solution.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Include a photo of the product and packaging

• We will verify the issue and issue a replacement or refund

Delivery timestamps and tracking are used for verification.

Refund Processing

Once approved:

• Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the order was incorrect or damaged.

Because rutavi™ ships from international fulfillment centers, return locations may vary. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for supplements due to safety standards.
