Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once an order is processed, it will be shipped from our fulfillment center.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping speed.

Free Shipping

rutavi™ may offer promotions such as free standard shipping on qualifying orders (e.g., orders over a specified amount). Free shipping eligibility is determined at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Delivery times and fees for international shipping vary by destination country and local customs processing times.

International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, or customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by destination. Please check with your local customs office for details.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website.

If you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact our support team.

Delays & Shipping Issues

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Occasionally, delays can occur due to:

If you experience a delay, tracking updates usually reflect the most current status. For unresolved issues, please contact rutavi™ support with your order number.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged in transit:

  • Take a photo of the packaging and contents
  • Email our support team with your order number

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement/refund when appropriate.

Address Changes

To ensure timely delivery, please enter the correct shipping address at checkout. Once an order has been placed, we may not be able to change the shipping address. If you need to update your address, contact support immediately with your order number — we will help when possible.
